By using Checkline.lk, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies ensure a fair and transparent experience for all our customers.

• Agreement of Sale
  By placing an order, you enter into a sales agreement. Please review product specifications carefully before purchase to ensure they meet your technical requirements.
  
  
• Order Accuracy
  Customers must provide an accurate shipping address and phone number. We are not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect information, and orders without valid phone numbers will not be processed.
  
  
  
• Quality Assurance
  All products undergo quality checks before shipment. If an item is found to have a significant defect or is out of stock during processing, we reserve the right to cancel that item or the entire order.
  
  
  
• Payment Methods
  We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) as a primary option. Bank deposits, checks, PayPal, and Western Union are also supported for your convenience.
  
  
  
• Delivery Timeline
  Standard delivery typically takes 2–4 working days. While we strive for speed, delays may occur due to external factors beyond our control.
  
  
  
• Cancellation Policy
  Cancellations made before shipment receive a full refund. For cancellations requested after the item has been dispatched, courier and packaging fees may apply.
  
  
  
• Warranty & Faulty Items
  Products are tested before delivery. Faulty items will be replaced or refunded based on their warranty. After one return attempt, subsequent claims must be handled at our Rajagiriya office.
  
  
  
• Change of Mind Returns
  Returns for non-faulty items or ordering mistakes must include the original box, manuals, and accessories in undamaged condition for a refund to be considered.
  
  
  
• Automatic Cancellations
  Unpaid orders will be automatically cancelled after 7 days. Orders refused at the doorstep without prior notification may result in a permanent ban on future orders.
  
  
  
• Website Usage
  Users are granted a limited license for personal use. Copying, downloading, or modifying site content without written consent from Checkline.lk is strictly prohibited.

  If you encounter issues with a delivery or product, please contact us first. We strive to resolve all concerns directly through our customer support channels.
